Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of purchase on unused items in their original packaging.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Delivery fees apply to exchanges unless otherwise agreed
Breakables & Stockpiling
CateringPal is not liable for breakable items kept beyond 1 week after purchase. Items kept beyond this period may be resold — only an exchange will be offered in this instance, no refund.
