1.⁠ ⁠General

These terms apply to all purchases made on cateringpalgh.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2.⁠ ⁠Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Paystack. We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa, and Mastercard. Full payment is required before dispatch or pickup.

3. Delivery

We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays within Accra. Same-day delivery is available via Yango. Store pickup is also available at our Ashaley Botwe location. Delivery fees apply unless otherwise agreed.

4.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours on unused items in original packaging. Delivery fees apply unless otherwise agreed.

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Refunds are only issued for wrong or unsuitable items delivered due to our error. Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from misuse, power outages, or improper handling. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Stockpiling

CateringPal is not liable for breakable items kept beyond 1 week after purchase. Items kept longer may be resold — only an exchange will be offered in this instance.
